Monolith Baltic
Monolith Baltic Terms of Cooperation
Effective from 17 August 2026.
1. Scope
The Monolith Baltic online store is intended exclusively for legal entities purchasing goods in the course of their economic or professional activity.
Orders placed by natural persons for personal, family or household purposes are not accepted.
By using the store, the user confirms that they act on behalf of a legal entity and have the necessary authority.
2. Registration and access
Commercial prices, the cart, orders and order documents are available only after Monolith Baltic has approved the account and the legal entity.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of company details, addresses, contact information and the authority of its users.
3. Placing and accepting orders
The catalogue is an invitation to place an order. A submitted order is the customer's offer to purchase the goods.
An automated message confirms that the order has been received by the system, but does not guarantee the availability of every item and does not constitute acceptance of the order.
The contract is concluded when Monolith Baltic expressly confirms acceptance of the order, issues an invoice or begins performance of the order.
4. Availability and pre-order goods
The store distinguishes between goods available in stock and goods available by pre-order. Final availability is confirmed when the order is accepted.
Any partial delivery is agreed with the customer.
A replacement of the brand, article, flavour, packaging or volume is permitted only with the customer's express consent. Automatic substitutions are not made.
5. Prices and VAT
Prices are stated in EUR. Unless expressly stated otherwise, commercial prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at the applicable rate and shown separately in the order and invoice.
The price, discount and commercial terms are fixed when the order is accepted.
6. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice. Unless the customer has been granted an individual payment term in writing, payment in advance applies.
Where a payment term has been granted, the due date is stated on the invoice.
7. Delivery and collection
Free collection is available after the customer has been notified that the order is ready at SIA "Voldemārs" (Valdo), Skaistkalnes iela 3, Rīga, LV-1004.
Free delivery throughout Latvia is available for accepted orders with a value of at least EUR 300 excluding VAT after discounts. For orders below EUR 300 excluding VAT, the delivery cost is communicated to the customer before the order is accepted.
The delivery period is stated in the order confirmation.
8. Acceptance of goods and claims
The customer must inspect the quantity, assortment, visible damage, labelling and best-before dates as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
Visible defects and shortages must be reported without delay. Hidden defects must be reported without delay after discovery.
Claims must be sent to info@monolith-baltic.eu and include the order number, SKU, quantity, description, batch number, best-before date and photographs.
Goods of proper quality are accepted for return only with prior written agreement. As the store is intended for legal entities, the consumer's 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
9. Liability
Monolith Baltic is liable for direct, proven losses. To the extent permitted by law, indirect losses and loss of profit are excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Monolith Baltic's total liability is limited to the value of the relevant order excluding VAT.
This limitation does not apply to intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or any case in which liability may not be limited by law.
10. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for a delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The affected party must notify the other party without undue delay.
11. Account suspension
Monolith Baltic may restrict or suspend an account where company or user information is inaccurate, payment is overdue, these terms are breached, unauthorised access is suspected, or this is required by law or a competent authority.
Restricting or suspending an account does not terminate obligations that arose before the restriction or suspension.
12. Personal data and cookies
Personal data are used to verify the company and account, process orders, arrange delivery, carry out accounting, provide support and meet legal obligations. Details of personal-data processing and cookies are available in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
The version of these terms in force when the order is accepted applies to that order. A new version does not apply retrospectively.
These terms are available for review and saving.
14. Applicable law and disputes
The law of the Republic of Latvia applies. The parties shall first seek to resolve a dispute through negotiations and a written claim.
An unresolved dispute shall be heard by the competent court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with statutory jurisdiction.
In the event of discrepancies between translations, the Latvian version prevails.
15. Effective date and seller details
These terms take effect on 17 August 2026.
